Happy to have Cary Koch with us tonite..told me just before we signed on that this is a big week for the receivers
I would think to start out to be a WR... but with our offense we really move everyone around
Bombers D is really good and will present a huge challenge..however with Miller and Durant calling the plays I imagine they will change a few things up and perhaps catch the Blue off guard..

A lot going on in Riderville today..had planned to have players talk about LD memories until the Fantuz news came out..that turned out to be the hot topic of the day
I don't know how the WR shuffle will end up next week with people coming off the nine game. But this week should be a good test to see the new guys. Looking for some big plays!
Miller was my first head coach last year... No one ever had a problem with Coach so I think the move is positve. This week has been a totally new team on the field. Changes had to be made... sorry to see coach Marshall out but we are all trusting in the organization.
He was not the champ last year... FIRST! Dressler is on the top and has been defending his title well. We have many other new challenges, but you must call out a challenger to move up in rankings (best 2 out of 3). Tuz will have to start at the bottom and get back to the top... if he can..
I have to say the playrs look a lot more relaxed in practice with Miller in charge..they seemed to be tense under Greg Marshall for some reason..I truly believe they will come out ready to play on Sunday

A lot of speculation regarding Fantuz and when he will be back in the line-up..many hoped for an LD return but Durant said today he doubted that although they talked about it..Banjo Bowl is likely

A 100% means I catch every ball and make big plays when the ball is thrown my way... I'm 100% now!
The spark was shown throuhout the week in practice... Most intensity, enthuasiasm, and fun we have had in a while... I think we have a good game plan in place. It will come down to execution and we must make big plays! We have been making them all week. Should be a great game!
One thing about the LD classic..it doesn't matter what the records of each team is..something always bizarre seems to happen
I think the whole team is hungry! We know the pressure is on and we are letting it be our fuel. Coach Miller brings out a lot in our team. He continues to preach to us that time is of the essence and the opportunity is right in front of us for the taking.
I dont ever hate playing football! But I love playing in Calgary and getting a win! Too much fun!
1987..my first one.The day we signed on as STV..Tom Clements rallied the Bombers to beat the Riders..Dave Ridgway hit a record fg that day but Riders lost..I go into the locker room and Don Hewitt of CTV says to me "quiet in here isn't it"..I said yeah it is..He says "get used to it"
There are a few big transitions up here... Obviously the field size is a massive difference in all aspects... the bigger fields means more deep routes, more room for YAK, and more huge plays...the waggles for the SB was something to get used to... the kicking game has many differences that we have to ingrain in our brains to get right....
I expect us to turn things around. The best part about this league is that you are never out! Done with the first part... looking forward to the second half!
